How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Generally speaking, 7-10 working days. That being said, during each print is created when you order it so please be patient.  Holidays, it could take longer. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your print is on its way! Sorry, we cannot expedite the process.

Can I cancel my order?

While we wish could, once an order is placed it is automatically sent to our printer. We are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
We work very hard to ensure each print is of top quality. Please take your time before purchasing.

What is the Costal Canva shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world except for Asia. Sorry Asia. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your return policy?

All of our prints are sent to our printer upon the execution of your order. We do not maintain any inventory. Because of this, once our printer receives your order, there are no returns. This is stated on the order page. Please make sure you want the print prior to ordering.

The tracking says imy print has been delivered,
but I did not receive it.

First, please check with everyone in their household as someone else might have brought it in. Please check with your neighbors as they might have received it. As a last resort, you can file a missing package complaint with the carrier. Unfortunately, if tracking information states an order was delivered, we can’t take responsibility and reprint that order.

The tracking number states my package was never
delivered. What now?

We ask that you please allow 10 delivery days of no movement before you reach out for us to replace or refund as it's likely delayed and not lost. If the package is lost, we sincerely apologize, and we will reprint your order.

My product was damaged in shipping.

If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong print, or the printing process itself went haywire, just send us a picture of the print as you received it for quality control purposes, and we will replace it with another print.

US customers have up to 10 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 20 days after the date received.

Please email: info@coastalcanva.com, with your name, order number and a clear picture or two of the damaged print.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it will meet the specific requirements detailed on the lot-specific datasheet provided with the product. Should you have a technical issue with a product, please contact our technical support services.
